Consignor Service Rates and Fees:
 Onsite Sales:
10%-20% on personal property, 3% of Real estate
Rates are based on multiple factors. Not all locations are suitable for on-site sales. Usually, an estate will realize more to the heirs when sold on-site. However, there are sometimes extra expenses such as tent rental, etc. This can often be offset by the saving in moving cost. The seller works with the auctioneer to determine the amount of advertising needed for the sale. We use and recommend Here To There Movers.
In Gallery Sales:
25%-35% of consignor total
Rates are based on multiple factors. In Gallery Sales are always preferred when the consignor does not have quite enough items to hold a large sale. However, there are sometimes extra expenses such as Moving Expenses, etc. We often combine several estates in the gallery. This ensures a large offering and a large crowd. Both are keys to successfull auctions. An individual consignor has no control over the advertising. The auctioneer's expertise is key.
Appraisals:
Included in above or $60/hour
Appraisals are done for estate liquidation or insurance reasons. We offer professional inventory valuation with photos.
